      Education Database Detailed Counts Feature

      Learn how to use Campus's education database detailed counts feature

      Note

      The education database detailed counts feature is only available to Enterprise plan users. 

      On the Schools/Teachers & Staff tables you will see a Counts option. Clicking on this will allow you to see segmented counts for the list you are viewing.

      Click on Counts and a sidebar will appear, giving Top Level Counts: 

       

       

      You can then segment your list counts even further, for example by Role:

       

       

      As well as viewing your counts, you can also Export them to use externally, for example, to plan marketing strategies:
