Depending on the Campus Plan you are on, you will have a limit to how many job roles you can include in a single email marketing list:

Starter Plan - 1 Job Role
Professional Plan - 3 Job Roles
Enterprise Plan - 5 Job Roles

To set the job roles you'd like to target, choose 'Role' from the Teachers & Staff category:

Then choose Is Any Of and use one of the tools available to choose your Roles:

If you try to add more job roles than your plan allows, Campus will pop up with a message to warn you that you will be unable to send marketing to this list:
