Learn how to view an education establishment in the Education Data module
Find an education establishment by searching the Education Data. You can search directly for it, or if you know a member of staff who works at the establishment you can search for the teacher's name. For help on searching for an education establishment, read our knowledge base article here.
When you have selected the establishment, you go to its profile page.
Information on the left-hand panel will give you the name, address, office email and website. If the establishment has asked to unsubscribe from your marketing, you can action the unsubscribe from here. Note, that you cannot resubscribe an establishment within the Education Data module. Further information is provided about the establishment on both the left-hand panel and the tabs above the Teacher's & Staff cards, such as local authority, Ofsted rating, number of pupils and a geographical map.
You’ll notice that the email addresses are hidden for data protection. If a teacher has a direct email address that you can target, their place card will tell you via the @ button.
From each teacher's individual card, you can unsubscribe them (by clicking on the three vertical buttons which will bring up the unsubscribe option) or add them to your CRM by clicking the Add to Contacts button. The contact will drop into your CRM Contacts list, but you still won’t be able to see their email address until they engage with you or complete a form.
